As I sat down to read the comments on my story, I was met with a range of reactions. Some readers had fallen in love with the tale, while others were left feeling disappointed and confused.

Talkdtm was one of the first to comment, saying: “One of the best, albeit long stories I’ve ever read. Hopefully it’s all true and you live happily ever after. Congratulations on being so lucky and great job writing it so well.”

Anonymous reader chimed in, saying: “Awesome story is all can say everyone else already said what I’m feeling reading your story. You finally found the second woman of your dream!! Congratulations!!!”

However, not everyone was so positive. incubusucubus wrote: “Made me cry, and thankful of my decision some years ago. It feels good to be right with ones self. Well done.”

Another reader, Anonymous, said: “this could have made a best selling novel if u published it”
